Monday 6 miles run for the pace of 9

My legs sour after 5 miles loop of hiking Saturday. But I still decided to
run it through. I felt bad for the first a few miles, but it turned out better
and better. Need to eat something to run around 5pm to 6pm.
Then I could run better. Anyway, not a bad day.
