Started with 2 miles warm-up. But this warm-up was faster
than usual. We used to run 9:30 for two miles and then speed
workout. But today we were fast for the warm-up and tempo run.
All the run was on the street, a few kids said that we were
on the direction. But we were right. We were all told to run against
the traffic for the safety reason. And I wish I could run a few
miles more, but that is good enough.
