degrees, and my daughter said that she wished that she had the
swimming meets that weekend.
The Tennis Tournament turned out great. My daughter's team won
the sub-15 group championship. And we came home late Sunday
evening.
Biked for 6 miles Monday with my daughter. And another 6 miles
today. It was so fun to slow down and spend more time with the kid.
Even for the Tennnis team, I told them on the way home that I would
drive them over there again if they can make the final next year.
The weather is perfect this morning for a run, only 73 degrees. The normal
routine run, most of the time I just want to figure out how I could run
those 7:30 pace for HM.
Warmed up for one mile, slowed down for another mile. And ran the
steady 8 miles. Slowed mile 7th because of stitches on the lower
bottom, and slowed again on mile 9 to help an old man. But he said he
did not fall down, she simply could run bike uphill.

Normally I would do a running form drills Wednesday.
Since my daughter will start her Marathon Training, and
I will have the workout and long run together, so I might
change the Friday as rest day(instead of Wednesday).
