Seems like I ran a little bit better this time. The only changes I noticed is
that I tried to lean a little bit forward. I might be able to run a little bit faster.
But since the speed required is for 5k to 10k speed, so I do not need to run
too much under 7. The most important thing is that I felt very good after the
run. Seems like the marathon training is easier than HM since the speed
not required that fast.
My Max Heart Rate was around 204 once. I think that was too fast. Should
control it around 180-190 next time.
