1st LSD -- 16 miles with pace 7:58.

Starting next week, I will run one LSD with slower pace on Saturday
with my daughter's training, and another LSD with some miles of MP
race.

Decided to get Garmin Runner 620 yesterday for the training. The main
reason is that my 405CX was deed on the mile 11th. It was not completed
dead. I just could not see the real time pace after that mile, and no matter
how much I tried, I could not change the screen, until I rebooted the
watch after the race.

So technically, it's my first time to use a heart rate monitor. The experience
was good. The only is that I need to get used to the numbers. For the
first a few miles, my HRM was around 140; and the last a few miles the
numbers are 180, or 190.

Warm up for two miles, tried to run a pace of around 7:40 to 7:50 for 13 miles,
and cool down for one mile.  Did not know what happened on mile 4.
I played with the watch and it showed the pace as 8:42. I know it was
not right. On mile 12, I took one gel and drank some water. That's the
only break for the energy and hydration.

I ran the LSD just by myslef. I know i could do better if I can
run with another person. The sunday running temporarily stopped.
