6 miles myself first. Got up at 6am, ate simple breakfast and started
running around 6:32am. I ran at a normal speed. Though I tried to
run more, but I had to check with Amy since we will have training
afterwards. Here are the splits:

This was very good example of negative splits. Is not it?
Then started 7 miles training run with Amy and the whole
group. Amy did not have a good sleep, so we decided for
an very easy run. We can talk on the way, and followed
two other girls all the way for the training. This was a 7 mile
route our club use for every Saturday morning run.

Overall pace was ok, except water break on the last mile.
This is the pace Amy plan to run for her first Marathon.
And I will have another long run tomorrow.
