Run 6 miles with Amy

I tried to find a right marathon training group for my daughter.
So we registered one half marathon training, it was the first
Saturday morning run with 6 miles. We found it was not good
for her Marathon training. Luckily, we found one marathon training
starting next Saturday. Then I will do all the long run with her
for the next 4 months.

We started slow today. The weather was so nice, only 65 degrees,
started at 8:15am and finished around 9:15am. We tried to run at her
marathon pace of 10:30 to 11.  I think 10:30 should be ok.  If she
keeps that pace, then she could finish the marathon with 4 hours 35 minutes.
Her goal is 5 hour. It should be good enough. I think she can finish
by 4:45 if she is properly trained.
