Pam, Wendy, Cameron and me. Met Nancy on the road. Warmed
up for two miles, then decided to 1 minute easy one minute slow.
I was not in a mood for speed workout. And felt like I could
not run faster than 7, otherwise I will be injured. So I kept my pace
around 7:30 when the others ran the workout. The good news is that
I still have energy to run the last a few miles for a good finish.
SF marathon sent me emails for 2015 registration. I resisted the temptation
to do that. So I decided to run Napa Valley marathon next year and
run Sf Marathon with my daughter the summer of 2016.
