14 miles today(Run 7 miles twice)

Ran 7 miles when my daughter played Tennis from 7am to 8am.
The weather is perfect for the running. Started at pace 8:15, and
wanted to run progressively faster. And I glad that I had another
negative split, and the overall pace was 7:39. Here are the splits:

Then sent Amy to play tennis with her friend for another hour.
Grabbed some food at trade joe. And forgot to bring a gel,
and did not drink enough water. So it made my 2nd 7 mile 
tougher.

For the 2nd 7 Mile run, it was ok at the beginning. I took 
a bathroom break on the first mile. For the last 2 miles, I 
started feeling hungry and decided to finish early. Otherwise,
I would run at least one more mile.

We can see the difference here. The stride length is smaller for the 2nd run.
