Easy run and long run 65-75%
Tempo run 87-92%
Interval repeats 95-100%
Race Distance
10-K 92-94%
Half-marathon 85-88%
Marathon 80-85%
So assume my Max Heart Rate is 195. Then here are my numbers:
Easy run and long run 127-146
Tempo run 170-180
Interval repeats 185-195
Race Distance
10-K 180-183
Half-marathon 166-172
Marathon 156-166.
