Temperature was 70 degrees when I started, and it
was 77 degrees when I finished.
Seems like I get used to 2 mile warm up and 2 mile cool down.
So I continue this way if I have enough time. I was not that
busy this morning when the interest rate went up a little bit.
So I think I should have 2 miles warm up and cool down instead.
The only thing I did wrong was that I ran too fast on the 2nd
mile of tempo. I should keep consistent speed so I will not feel
tired after the run. Anyway, I still felt good:
