Sunday Long run 18 Miles with 16 mile MP pace7:50

Just tried to see how I can run the 18 miles with Water
and Gel.

Got up around 5:45am, Ate one bowl of oatmeal. Did a
little bit foam roller since I already did about 45 minutes
last night. And did one massage of the back.

Left home around 6:45am, the sky already clear, I wish I could
start earlier. The weather is perfect for morning run, not hot at all,
not cold either.

Warmed up for 2 miles. Felt a little bit lazy, but I told myself that
I need to run 8:xx for the first two miles.

Drank a little bit water on the mile 5th, and took my first gel. I tried
to have water melon flavor, which I still do not like it very much.
Met Mark on the mile 10, and Parro, Bryan and Cameron on the mile 14th.
Took 2nd gel on that mile, and drank more water. Met Scott, Ben and Heather
on the mile 17th. And another two GVHers on the mile 18th. Seems like
lots of club members are running long distance this morning. Here are
