run anytime now, morning, afternoon and evening.
But I do not like evening. Last night, I did an easy 8 mile run,
it was slow and dark, but it was ok for easy runs, but I do not
think it is a good idea for tempo or workout.
Seems like this time, the marathon training is better than
Summer half marathon training. It might be due to the
speed requirement for Marathon is slower, though the
more intense strength. Also, it might be the weather
issue, it is not hot any more.
