total workout changed from 8 mile to 8.5 miles.
Read the chirrunning book recently. And tried to move forward
only the "center" of the body, not the legs. And used the legs just
"rolled" forward. It was supposed to be easy. But it was the first time
to practice this way. Basically it is the same concept from Hideshi's
running form classes, as he always told me to run easily.
