Weekly Wrap up for Sep 1st to Sep 7th(Total 60 Miles)

Monday:         10k Race with finish time 43:28. Rode bicycle for 8 miles.
Tuesday:         2 Mile in the morning. 8 miles in the afternoon. 5X800m speed workout.
Wednesday:    Rest
Thursday:       11 miles total. 4X1.5 miles workout with 2miles warm up; 2miles cool down.
Friday:           4 miles easy run.
Saturday:       19 miles with avg pace around 8:20. Rested twice in between.
Sunday:          10 Miles.
