I am glad that you like reading my blog. It is mainly to record
all my trainings, and I since I run all the similar races every year
so that I can compare. And before the race, I will check what
I did for the last race, what I should do better, and the pace
strategy, etc.
Lower back pain did not bother me that much today. The main
reason is that I felt great in the morning, and worse in the afternoon.
That's why I will not have afternoon running(or just some very
easy runs if it does not hurt). The massage helps a little bit,
and I do 30 minutes massage(by machine) and another 30 minutes
of form roller.
Weather is perfect. 23 runners went to Boston(most of them
already there). So the morning group is smaller. Glad Rob made
the 7 miles run. I changed my mind to 10 miles after I did not
see Rob when we left FF.
I need to learn the pace strategy well. Ran with Steve this morning,
his pace strategy is very well(Rob runs an even pace too). Since he
is a faster runner, so I ran a little bit faster than usual. I hope I can
run more of this pace in the future. Steve said that this is his MP pace.
