Temp Run again 10X(1 min faster, 1 min slow)

Got up at 5:15am. Grab a banana and went to the meeting place.
I was a little bit earlier, since I tried my best to come over all
meeting/training earlier so that I don't have to be hurry for the
driving.

Started 2 mile warm up, then the speed workout. I only did
it right this time, I ran hard when it should, and get good rest
as it is required. And it is the first time I can follow the group(
Usually I was the last person trailing them). So I felt very good.

the workout on Garmin):

And I did 30 minutes machine from 9am to 9:30am. 
Will try to do more in the future. And tomorrow I will
plan to take the core & balance class in the morning.
