Speed workout 10X(1 minute on 1 minute off)

Warm up for two miles, then we did 10 repeats of
1 minute on 1 minute off. The pace was around 7 when we ran.
It was pretty good, the only thing was that I felt the one minute
was so long for the last a few repeats.

Mark will head to Boston next week. They will go to New York
Monday, stay there for 3 days, then take a train to Boston. I think
I should do that after I qualify. That should be fun.
