6 Miles easy run -- Starting following Hansons Marathon Method

My long time running partner Rob's daughter was born today
on Boston Marathon day. According to Rob, she has long
legs, and will be a good runner. Congratulations, Rob.

I will start follow Hansons Marathon Methods(Beginner Program)
today. I will directly go the week 6th(Page 90). This weeks plan will
be: 6 miles Monday, 3x1 miles workout Tuesday, Wednesday off,
Thursday 3 miles Tempo(book said 5 miles), 6 miles Friday,
10 Miles Sunday, and 6 to 10 miles Saturday.

And I did take Core & Balance class this morning. Helped
a lot for my lower back pain. Will take Friday class as well.
Tuesday afternoon, I will have a personal training help build up
my upper body.
