day long run. And for Saturday long run, we have so many people
and it is so easy to run with them for the similar pace(it will
help me for the last a few miles).
I ran by myself for the last 5 miles. Seems like it is only
a little bit slower. And there are only 2 miles with pace over
8. The first mile is for warm up. Here are the splits:
