13 Mile long run

Could not do 14 mile long run this Sunday. So I moved this
long today. So it is a little bit hard after the tempo run yesterday.
It is still great with a pace of 8:28. I decided to run this pace,
though the scheduled pace should be 8:20.

I remembered that Mark asked me whether I got any injury by the increased
mileage. I told him that I did not. I think one reason is that I ran slow and
normally on the slower end of the required training pace.
