Form Drills plus 5.x miles

I decided to do a form drill this morning with the club runners.
This was provided free by Bruce and his daughter. I think
it was pretty good, and I had a lot of different stretches and
pranks, and cor work out. It is actually better the planned 6 miles
easy run.

The splits were for the warm up and cool down before/after the drills:

It was exactly one mile from FF to the university tracks. Only a few
athletes had the training on such a hot day.

And I decided to complete the rest of the 4 miles this evening. And 
at the same time, my daughter decided to clean the locker so she
rode the bike to her school, and I ran with her. The total was 3.57 miles.
I was surprised the pace was ok, even the outside was still 84 degrees then(
It was not hot in California, anyway).
