Anyway, I felt a little bit thirsty and should drink some
water before the run. And I got a little bit cramp
at mile 3, so I walked a little bit and slowed down.
Then I thought what I should do if it happens in the race.
So I held the cramp part, and started slowly, and it was gone
after 0.5 to 1 mile. So it could slow down, but it will
not affect too much, if it is a marathon race.
Will try to practice the gel and water a little bit for the
future running of over 12 miles. Here are the splits:
