but it's a good one since I indeed wants to run a few more miles
after 6th mile if I have more time.
Mark had a good time for his last weekend Dipsea Marathon,
though this was an interesting one since the runners should be
invited. And Tiffany ran with us even though she will run Tahoe relay this
weekend.

And the tempo started slow, but I managed to run a little bit faster
each mile afterwards, this might be a good strategy for my marathon
race, since I felt like I was not tired and I can keep running. Here is

Did another 45 minutes weight lifting etc after the running.
I will change the schedule a little bit for the next a few days.
And will finish the long run of 14 miles tomorrow, so I will have
to get up early again.
