5 mile tempo, and the training is over. It's long and hard, and I am glad
it is finally done.
So for 7 mile temp, it's better to eat something. I only had a banana.
And I felt tired after mile 7. It would be better if there is someone around.
We only had 4 people showing up for the morning run. Cameron and I ran
a little bit slowly. And he asked me to run by myself since he knew that
I had this tempo training. But I was still slow.
And another thing about the slowness this morning is that we took a different
route, and we had red lights, train trails, etc. Had to wait a little bit. But even 5 to
10 secs delay affect the running. And I should take a water break after mile 6.
