Jonathan Lee's concert. We did have a good time, but I started
sleeping at 2:20am.
Got up at 6:10am, ate breakfast, and then slept for another hour.
Headed for the training at 7:52. Met the group right before left.
I thought I might be tired today since I did not have enough sleep,
so I started first mile slower than usual. It turned out a good strategy,
and it was one of my best runs. I controlled my pace so well. And I
did not feel tired at all after the run.
Still need to run one more mile warm up, that meant I would either run
one mile ahead of time myself, or 2nd mile slowly. And I need run 2 miles
cool down.
Talked to Jen after the run. And she said Christie also likes 2-3 miles
warm up and cool down. Maybe those coaches have the same strategy.
I always have 2 miles warm up/cool down for all my tempos.
