For the tempo 5 miles run, we ran together with Tiffany
for 3 miles, then I ran the rest of the two miles. That's why
the mile 4 & 5 is a little bit slower.
One interesting thing is that I just found out my speed workout
pace is very similar to the tempo run. Very weird. Anyway,
I ran about 5 seconds faster today than last Thursday.
