Easy run 6 miles with Pace 9

Felt a little bit tired. I think it is mainly mental thing.
Just because I can run slow today, and my body "wanted"
to be slow. But it is indeed pretty good. And sometimes,
after I qualify boston, I would run 6 miles everyday with the
pace 9. And I did 30 minutes machine after the running.
The workout is a little bit easy now.
