it should be an easy run with pace around 8:38 to 9:15.
It seems like that according to the runners, we ran easy runs
too fast. And coaches wanted us to run slow. And everyone ran fast
so I had to.
I compared today's run with last Sunday's run. 1)I ran 2 seconds faster
today. 2)last Sunday, I ran mile 2 to 5 fast. Maybe because I wanted
to run the 4 miles tempo @HMP. Today, I just wanted to run 11 miles
@MP. And I will switch to "slower" easy runs after August when the true
Marathon training starts.
