But still my coach said that I ran too fast over the weekend,
and should run slowly so that I have more energy to run the speed
workout Tuesday.
A lot of good things happened today. I asked Cameron to pace me
to run the tempo. I told me that I wanted to run 7:10 to 7:15
and tried to hold this pace as much as I can. Seems like only 4 miles
was good. Still a good run.
At the post-tempo run chat, I told Wendy about my training plan,
for the upcoming SF Half and my trying to BQ this winter. And she
said that she will schedule more of tempo runs Thursday morning,
so then I can run with the group to finish the scheduled tempos.
