Tuesday Workout 3X1Mile -- Pace 7:11 to 7:26

The goal pace for should be between 6:56 and 7:13. But I did not
run that fast for the first two miles. I know I should. It might be better
if I ran with a group. Anyway, I like the workout splits now:

And I did 30 minutes gym machine after the breakfast. 

So far, the training is a little bit intense than I thought.
It might be a good thing if I do not get injury.
