with speed workout. But I need more practice at easy runs.
Nothing special. I ran it alone, and might run faster with a group
of others, who knows. But for my half training, it might not be
good enough, but it should be ok for full marathon training.
It's very hot in the afternoon, otherwise, I can train with the group.
They will run 6X1k this afternoon. Also, I did 30 minutes machine
after the run. I added 10 lbs for the dubmbell and weight lifting.
A little bit strong now. Hopefully I can have more muscle.
