I still felt a little bit pain from the blister, so I walked for about
5 miles with my wife.
And in the afternoon, the weather is still nice, it is lower than 80
degrees, I think I can still run under the sun, and there are about
one third of the trail under the shade. So it is not that bad for the
running. And I went ahead and completed the assignment.
One good thing about running under the hot weather is that
I have to care more about the running form so that I can run
economically. And I felt running easily than yesterday morning.

Tomorrow, I might need run 13 miles with 20 miles bike with
my daughter. There are lots of exercises.
