5:50am. 2 miles warm up, 4 miles temp @HMP, and two miles
Still felt the pain from the blister. I think I am tougher now and
I ran through it. I did 30 minutes weight lifting and dumb bell
one hour after the run. Here are the splits, not bad(for me):
